Why did I make it?

1. I wanted to work on a quick side-project and play around with server-side rendering.
2. I wanted to make a URL shortener template that anyone could use and covered the very basics of full-stack.

Nov 28th 2022 Update

I had to take down the project because it was using Heroku's free tier and they discontinued offering it. The code for MyShort.tk is available on GitHub and is pretty well documented.
